Each class offers a demonstration of guided cuisine and step by step led by expert chefs of AHWC and registered dietitists, equipping participants with practical techniques and nutritional information supported by science. March’s Fresh Take: celebrate the national nutrition month
Join Fresh Take for their next demonstration on Thursday, March 20 from 5:00 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. (MT) on Zoom, with chef Adam Sacks, RD. In honor of the national nutrition month, Chef Sacks will show how to make envelopes of Tempèh mushroom vegetables – a fresh, tasty and full of nutrients that is easy to recreate at home. Participants will learn essential techniques to maximize flavor and texture while incorporating a variety of vegetables in their meals.
“Cooking at home does not have to be complicated or timing,” explains Chef Sacks. “This class will show how to create a delicious versatile meal rich in protein, rich in nutrients and easy to prepare that the family will appreciate.”

For the future, the new April take will take place on Wednesday, April 17, also featured Chef Adam Sacks. In recognition of the month of awareness of stress, chef’s bags will guide participants by making Berry Chia Jam, a simple and anti -antioxidant recipe that can be used in various ways to add natural sweetness and food to meals.
