The expectations were high for Shoyu, and they did not disappoint when they sent us some of their best -selling dishes. From their sushi menu, we have tasted the Truffic asparagus avocado roller – A Uramaki– Style roll with crunchy asparagus, avocado and truffle aioliwhich delivered a beautiful Umami flavor. Another out -of -competition point was the Spicy salmon rollA Uramaki Roll with salmon, jalapeno, swollen rice and spicy aioliWhat was an instant success.
Next come the dishes of their Sum Sum and their selection of Wonton. THE Dim Sum black and white with charcoalDone with activated charcoal, duxelles flavored with truffle and water chestnut, was an elegant treat. THE Sichuan Chilli in chicken oil, A Dim Sum Chicken Poached in Chengdu style with burned chili oil, delivered a deliciously smoked flavor. A delicious surprise of the menu was the Cream cheese wonton – A crunchy round dumpling filled with cream cheese and served with a pepper plum sauce, offering a perfect balance of textures and flavors. Another intriguing dish was the pepper pizzies, which we sampled before moving on to
the starters and the main dish.For the main dish, we enjoyed dishes like Chicken with Telangana chili, duck with honey, broccoli asperagus pok choy, chicken kung pao, noodles of Loméin, And Frit wok rice. Counting at the Palais d’Hyderabad, the Chicken with Telangana chili, Shot by wok with curry leaves and a spicy butter garlic sauce was out of competition. Vegetarians will love the Broccoli asperagus pok choy, A mixture saved with broccoli, asparagus and choy Pok, improved with bamboo shoots and a chopped garlic sauce.
We have concluded our Shoyu experience on a sweet note with Biscoff cream And Espresso Panna Cotta, The two were delighted and served perfectly to an exquisite meal.
For the future, Varun shares his ambitious expansion plans, saying: “There is so much to explore in our current model and beyond.
